The stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel was clean with fairly friendly staff, we felt very welcome here. The room was big, provided with comfortable beds and bathroom, for example. The location was favourable and magnificent, minutes away from a railroad station.
The staff were aggressive, didn't expect that coming.

The venue was in a central location right by the main railway station, and all public transport, metro, train, ferryboate. Also, such main attraction as a massive mosque was 3 km from this hotel. The room we had included a safe box, central heating, and a work desk. Private bathroom was nice...
We didn't like the bed, it was uncomfortable.

Room had a bidet which was a nice touch. the location of this place is prime, being right next to the harbor where you can catch a ferry to Capri. Also, there is a bathroom-ice skating facility nearby. Enjoyed my stay and definitely considering a return trip! 🌟.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with settling in, including helping us locate our lost baggage and speaking to taxi companies for us. the location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to the central station and easily accessible for day trips to places like Pompeii. the rooms are clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with functioning amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning. a great budget option for solo travelers.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

Iris hotel in Naples was like a home away from home for us. the room was comfortable and the hotel's location was ideal, just a few minutes away from the main railway station. This made it easy for us to explore different areas using the underground and the Circumvesuviana train, which took us to Pompei, Ercolano, and the Amalfi Coast. the host, Nuncio, was extremely friendly and caring, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We felt safe walking around the hotel even at night, as it was within walking distance to the city center and major attractions. the value for money was great and Nuncio made us feel special with his delicious homemade cappuccino and fresh croissants.
It should be noted that the street where the hotel is located can become quite dirty due to the daily street commerce activities.
